📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of 5-10 baristas and retail staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control, using our in-house inventory management system.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Train and develop staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Drive customer engagement and loyalty programs, including promotions and special events.
• Work closely with the head office to implement and monitor company-wide initiatives and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the coffee or F&B industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
