PT Karya Purna Yudha is seeking a talented and experienced Professional Chef to join our team at MBG Foundation. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and nutritious meals for our residents. We are looking for a chef who is passionate about cooking, has a keen eye for detail, and is committed to providing high-quality care to our residents.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook meals according to the menu plan and dietary requirements of the residents.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure that all meals are prepared and served in a timely manner.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Assist in the training and development of other kitchen staff.,Participate in quality control and food cost analysis.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations.,Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Professional Chef in a similar role.,Experience in preparing meals for elderly or special dietary needs.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
