📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
• Analyze and interpret sales data to identify patterns and opportunities for inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of demand planning and inventory allocation strategies.
• Utilize SAP and Tableau to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Implement best practices for inventory management and demand planning, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and inventory allocation.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on demand planning strategies and inventory optimization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of demand planning processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with retail operations and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
