📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their eyewear needs and answering any questions they may have.
• Manage store inventory, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining accurate records.
• Process sales transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Recommend eyewear options based on customer needs and preferences.
• Assist with store maintenance tasks, such as cleaning displays and ensuring the store is presentable.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Promote our brand and products to attract new customers.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in eyewear and optical technology to provide informed advice to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the eyewear industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of eyewear products and services.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
