📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage a team of 50+ employees, providing leadership and development opportunities.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies using SAS and Cvent.
• Develop and execute event and conference programs, driving revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Represent the resort at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing resort operations and teams.
• Certification in SAS or Cvent, or willingness to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian hospitality regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
