📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse divisions, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and safety.
• Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products are stored and handled correctly.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the warehouse is maintained in a safe and clean condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently.
