Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training materials,Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training management software and tools,Proven track record of successful training program implementation,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia🛠️ Keahlian
