📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and enroll students to Ateneo De Manila University.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential student markets and trends.,Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to facilitate student recruitment.,Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours.,Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process for prospective students.,Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families, addressing their inquiries and concerns.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of educational institutions and the student recruitment process.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
