Fresh Quick Lestari is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with quality products.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Work with the regional manager to implement company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in inventory management and sales.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems.,Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
