Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment processes,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the digital marketing or related industries,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools,Proficient in English, both written and spoken
