PERSOL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team. This role is based in Bali and offers the flexibility of remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend operations and SAP, with a proven track record in managing financial processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all backend accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.,Maintain and update SAP financial modules to ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for reporting purposes.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend accounting operations and SAP.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and SAP financial modules.,Proven experience in managing financial processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
