Sentral Maya Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is an urgent opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Binjai area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences is an advantage.
