📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and prevent recurrence.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of the project.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in safety and health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the renewable energy sector.,Certification as a Safety and Health Officer (SHO) or equivalent is preferred.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining a strong safety culture.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to the renewable energy sector.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
