In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role in the food industry.,Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, or other relevant quality management systems.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
