📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.,Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists and staff to ensure high-quality service.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked pharmacy.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the pharmacy.,Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy operations management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.
