📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular store audits and provide feedback to retailers on product placement and visibility.
• Ensure products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner using tools like Merchandise Planner and POS Master.
• Work closely with the sales team to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the FMCG industry.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide training to retailers and sales teams.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product display and sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement merchandising strategies.
• Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a merchandising or retail-related role.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG industry and retail management software like Merchandise Planner, POS Master, and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
• Certification in retail merchandising or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently to meet retailers and attend industry events.
