📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.,Plan and manage inventory to optimize food costs and availability.,Prepare and present daily specials and menu items.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in kitchen management.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Experience in menu planning and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local culinary practices and preferences.,Valid food handler's certificate.
