📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and goals,Managing and supervising a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives,Managing departmental budgets and financial performance,Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members,Representing the department in meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
