As a Junior Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of property agents, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties or areas.,Manage a team of property agents, providing guidance, support, and training.,Ensure high standards of customer service and tenant satisfaction.,Conduct regular property inspections to maintain and improve property conditions.,Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any property issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.,Monitor rental income and expenses, preparing regular reports for management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of local real estate market and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with property management software and tools.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving property performance.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
