As a member of our Inclusive Talent Pool, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of design and architecture projects, using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, gaining valuable experience and exposure to different working styles and ideas. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and develop design concepts for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to produce accurate and detailed drawings and models.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and meet project objectives.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, explaining technical aspects and justifying design choices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the design and architecture field.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of inclusive design practices within the company.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on project progress and challenges.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and other relevant materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and architecture, with a focus on inclusive design principles.
• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and promoting diversity.
