Jaya Sari Coffee is looking for a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excesses.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to ensure they are transported safely.,Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and transactions.,Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet customer requirements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and practices.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for local deliveries.
