📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Support the HR team in managing HR documentation and reporting.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
