📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document business requirements for Hong Kong market initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including flowcharts, use cases, and user stories.
• Facilitate UAT sessions to ensure that new systems and features meet business needs and user expectations.
• Conduct UAT testing to identify defects, provide detailed defect reports, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
• Document UAT results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of business solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role, with a focus on insurance or financial services.
• Proven experience in UAT testing and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
