📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 IT support to employees and ensure smooth operation of IT systems.,Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Coordinate with other IT staff to resolve complex issues.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new IT equipment.,Monitor IT systems for potential issues and implement preventive measures.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and communication skills.,Basic knowledge of IT security principles.
