Sentosa Snack is looking for an experienced Training Officer to join our team in Canggu. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our employees. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our employees are well-trained and equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to our employees.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that our employees are well-trained and equipped with the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide feedback to employees on their performance and suggest areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and workshops.,Maintain accurate records of all training activities and employee development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
