📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and enforce QHSE policies and procedures across the organization.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance QHSE awareness among employees.,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent their recurrence and improve safety measures.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in QHSE performance.,Maintain and update QHSE documentation and records.,Provide guidance and support to employees on QHSE matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in QHSE, Environmental Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in QHSE management.,Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with QHSE management systems and software.,Valid QHSE certifications are a plus.
