📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical trials and medical research studies
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from clinical trials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research protocols
- Prepare and present research findings to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date research records
- Assist in the preparation of clinical trial reports and publications
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research or a related field
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols and regulatory guidelines
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, SAS, or R
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and good clinical practice (GCP)
- Valid certification in clinical research or a related field
