📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions and bank operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Lead and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to cash transactions and banking services.,Monitor cash flow and bank statements to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Train and develop junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations and achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling and banking operations.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and banking procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using financial software and banking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking systems and regulations is a plus.
