📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the audit process and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and recommendations.
  • Provide strategic insights to improve operational efficiency and risk management.
  • Ensure all audits are conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor junior auditors to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Stay updated with the latest audit trends, technologies, and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional certification in auditing, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and audit standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using audit software and tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
