Warung Vera Medical Center is looking for a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong communication skills and a passion for healthcare.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately and efficiently.,Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our services and facilities.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and efficient patient flow.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including supplies and equipment.,Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.,Promote a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office and healthcare-specific applications.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures is a plus.,Must be able to work in a hybrid model, with a combination of office and remote work.
