The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. This role is crucial for maintaining our operational efficiency and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.,Monitor fuel consumption and implement strategies to reduce fuel costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Handle vehicle inspections and certifications.,Manage vehicle documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
