  • Leading and managing a team of associates to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing inventory and supply chain to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Driving sales and marketing initiatives to boost store performance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Participating in store improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Representing Domino's at community events and functions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and driving store performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and food safety regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible and reliable schedule.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
